Clean openings

Core Drilling

The safest and most economical way to route a plumbing line, run electrical, or make room for new machinery, with 24-hour emergency service when the opening cannot wait.

A round hole is often the cheapest way to reroute a building.

Core drilling is the safest and most economical way of routing plumbing, installing pipe for electrical wiring, or making room for new machinery in a shop or manufacturing plant. We drill for plumbing lines, electrical runs, fire protection, anchor bolts, bollards, handrails, and concrete testing, on both residential and commercial jobs. We also core drill for HVAC penetrations, on a house or a commercial building, so a mechanical contractor gets a clean, sized opening for the duct or line instead of a hand-broken hole that has to be patched twice.

A hole sized to what goes through it

A cored opening comes out round, straight, and sized to the pipe, conduit, or bolt going through it, which is why it costs less than breaking an opening by hand and patching around an irregular edge. For a testing job, the core itself is the sample, so the hole is the deliverable, not just the access.

When it genuinely cannot wait

A burst line does not wait for a Monday appointment.

We offer 24-hour emergency service and are available during off hours, so a building owner or a facilities manager with an opening that has to happen tonight has somewhere to call.
