The part nobody asks until it is too late
If your plant cannot power the saw, that is our problem, not yours.
We have 480-volt, diesel and gas equipment available for standard jobs, and we can supply generators to complete a task if your facility cannot power the 480-volt equipment.
It sounds like a technicality. It is usually the thing that decides whether a cut happens this weekend or next quarter. A maintenance manager who has already been told once that a contractor needs a feed they do not have tends to stop asking. So we say it here: bring us the opening you need and the window you have, and the power is something we solve on our side.
The same goes for the hours. We offer 24-hour emergency service and we are available during off hours, because a cut through a working floor is nearly always a night or a shutdown job.

The cut, not the room.
A track saw takes a straight line through a standing wall and leaves the rest of the structure alone. The rail bolts to the work so the blade holds its line, cooling water keeps the segments alive and pulls the dust down into slurry instead of into the air of a building that is still running, and the wall carries load right up until the section comes out.

How a job runs

We walk the job first
Someone comes out, looks at the actual wall or slab, and works out which saw the job wants. Access, thickness, what is on the other side and what has to keep running all change the answer.
- Cut
The method suits the cut
A blade for a straight run, a diamond wire for a section it cannot reach around, a hand saw where nothing else fits. Choosing wrong costs a customer material and time, so we choose it deliberately.
- Lift
The section comes out whole
Cut sections are rigged and lifted clear rather than shattered in place, which keeps the surrounding slab and the building around it intact.
- Haul
The pieces leave with us
Dump trucks and roll-off containers, on the same scope as the breaking. We believe the concrete breaking job is not complete until we have picked up the pieces.

The things people ask before they book a cut.
Yes. We run 480-volt, diesel and gas equipment, and when a facility cannot power the 480-volt gear we bring generators in and complete the job anyway. That is a normal part of a job for us, not an exception, so a plant without a spare feed is not a reason to postpone the work.
We offer 24-hour emergency service and we are available during off hours. If a cut has to happen overnight or across a weekend shutdown so a plant can run in the morning, that is the window we will work in.
Yes. We believe the concrete breaking job is not complete until we have picked up the pieces. We break with hydro-hammers, excavators and skid steers with hydraulic breakers, then remove and haul off with dump trucks and roll-off containers.
Wire sawing suits large sections, hard-to-reach places and cuts a blade cannot reach around. A diamond wire is threaded through a series of pulleys attached to a drive wheel, and a constant pulling force is applied to the spinning wire to cut through the concrete. Diamond wire cutting produces less kerf and wasted material, which can save hundreds or thousands of dollars in wasted materials.
Core drilling is the safest and most economical way of routing plumbing, installing pipe for electrical wiring, or making room for new machinery in a shop or manufacturing plant. We core for plumbing lines, electrical runs, fire protection, anchor bolts, bollards, handrails, HVAC penetrations and concrete testing.
